“I am writing to say thank you to Sherry Adams, also to recommend her highly and tell a little about my home buying experience. I had been through a divorce several years ago and been renting since. I had spent my saving to start a new life in the last 2 years so I really didn’t have a down payment to buy a house with a conventional loan. I did however qualify for a 0 down VA loan and got approved through Veterans United. I had no experience with the VA loan process and asked VU to recommend a realtor to guide me through it.
